Notice of Public Meeting
Pursuant to Public Act 228 of 2020, notice is hereby given that the Charlotte Downtown Development Authority Board will hold a special meeting on Tuesday January 31, 2023 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Charlotte City Hall, 111 E Lawrence Ave, Charlotte 48813.

Please note that a make-up meeting of the City of Charlotte Downtown Development Authority will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Charlotte City Hall. The regularly scheduled January meeting was not held due to an anticipated lack of quorum.
Agenda topics will include a discussion of the DDA Financing and Development Plan, as well as potential FY 23-24 budget items.
