Can materials for recycling be dropped off outside of the posted hours for the Charlotte Area Recycling Center?
The Charlotte Area Recycling Center does not accept materials outside regular business hours due to concern for patron safety. CARA’s hours are Tuesday 8am to noon, Thursday 2pm to 6pm, and Saturday 8:00am to noon.
