Pursuant to the Planning Commissions bylaws the City Manager has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 111 E. Lawrence Ave., Charlotte, MI. Â The purpose of the meeting is for a work session concerning Dairy Queen, 407/415 S. Cochran to discuss the site plan and conditional use permit for this site. Â No actions will be taken at this meeting.
