The wastewater utility is part of the Utility Division and is responsible for the treatment of City’s domestic and industrial users. The treatment plant processes an average of 1.0 million gallons of raw sewage per day. The staff of five has varying degrees of certificates to ensure that the water being discharged to the Battle Creek is clean and safe.
