2022/2023 FY BUDGET
A public hearing will be held on the proposed 2022/2023 Fiscal Year Budget for the City of Charlotte on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Charlotte City Hall Council Chambers, 111 E Lawrence Ave, Charlotte, MI 48813. Special Assessment District
The City of Charlotte Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Charlotte City Hall Council Chambers, 111 E Lawrence Ave, Charlotte, MI 48813 to consider the distribution of a special assessment to defray 85% of the annual estimated costs of $1,041,221 for fire protection as provided under MI Public Act 33 of 1951, as amended. The proposed hearing shall consider the assessment roll on the properties to be specially benefitting. A copy of the Special Assessment Roll is available at the City Clerk’s office in-person or online. A second public hearing on this matter will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM at Charlotte City Hall Council Chambers, 111 E Lawrence Ave, Charlotte, MI 48813.
