Pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.7(B) of the Charter of the City of Charlotte, the Mayor has scheduled a special closed session meeting for Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. The purpose of the meeting is to consider pending litigation, pursuant to MCL 15.268 (e ) and related matters.
