Join The White Ribbon Campaign To Support Healthcare Workers And First Responders

Mayor Ridge and Charlotte City Council are encouraging people to thank healthcare workers and first responders in all lines of work.

We are all doing our part to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus by staying home when possible. Meanwhile, healthcare workers and first responders are rushing in to care for those persons sickened by this virus.

Let us show our support for all first responders to the COVID-19 crisis. Display a white ribbon outside your home or place a white ribbon image in your front window to let all individuals working to keep you safe know that you have their backs.

If you do not have white ribbon, please do not go out to buy supplies. Print this white ribbon image and carefully cut it out to display in your window. Or just create your own white ribbon image if you do not have access to a printer.

In addition, show your support by drawing a picture to thank our first responders for their bravery and dedication; email the artwork to Al!ve at Christina.campbell@sparrow.org and it will be shared with the Sparrow Eaton Care Team and might also be shared online.  You can also post your picture on Facebook and Instagram. Please tag Al!ve, and the City of Charlotte and use the #MiCharlotteHealthHeroes hashtag.
