A public hearing will be held on a proposed income tax ordinance adopting the Michigan Uniform City Income Tax ordinance by reference by adding Chapter 65: Taxation – City Income Tax – to the City Code of the City of Charlotte on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 111 E. Lawrence, Charlotte, MI (or as soon as business allows).  A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk or by clicking here.
