The City of Charlotte Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00pm
at the Council Meeting to consider public comment regarding proposed amendments to the Charlotte Code of Ordinances.
The proposed text includes amendments to Chapter 14 – State Construction Code of the Code of the City of Charlotte by amending Article II to Rescind the City’s Authority to Enforce the State Construction Code. Copies of the proposed amendments may be examined at City Hall or by clicking on the link below. Written comments concerning the proposed amendments may be submitted the City Clerk by first-class mail, email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by fax to 517-543-8853.
