BENNETT PARK PAVILION RESERVATIONS

The City of Charlotte is now taking reservations for the large pavilion in the front of Bennett Park.  Reservations are not considered made until the $20.00 reservation fee is paid.

A reservation is not required, but recommended in order to secure pavilion availability for your event.  Those individuals and organizations with a reservation take precedence over those who arrive early in the morning to reserve the pavilion.

Pavilion reservations will be posted on the pavilion the night before the event by the Charlotte Department of Public Works; however, the absence of a reservation posting does not mean there is not a reservation.  

The smaller pavilion in the back of Bennett Park, the Dean Park Pavilion and the Oak Park Gazebo will remain on a first come/first serve basis.  Reservations may also be made for Camp Frances through the Charlotte Community Library.

Bennett Park Pavilion Reservations may be made through the City Clerk’s Office.  If you have any questions, please call the Clerk’s Office at 517-543-2750.
